If you are saying this, try this trouble shooting tip:

1.  Clearing out your "cookies": your browser may be caching your page. In your browser click "Tools" at the top then select Internet options. Clear your Cookies and temporary internet files then refresh your page. You will then be able to vote again.

No need to enter your email address anymore.  Once you vote the page will pop up with just the photos and not the buttons.

And yes, the web guys have assured us there is a way for them to track when, where and how the votes are coming in to keep the contest fair for everyone participating!
