So there's this old couple who always workout, can you call it workout if its a slow pace? Well they exercise at the gym in the apts and I do too, well they always seem to show up about the same time I do, and today I got there early so I could lay out for a while before work and I realized that they probably do the same thing I do....watch the 12:00 news and go to the gym when its over at 1:00. :( I feel old having this in common with them.  I must stop watching the news or else just get to the gym earlier more often!

Atleast they aren't laying out at the pool afterward though right?!
